With more than 25 years of leadership experience, she brings a practical and results-oriented perspective to organizational growth and transformation.

Her career spans financial services, revenue development, strategic planning, change leadership, executive coaching, and organizational effectiveness. Kimberley works with leaders and teams to create clarity, improve collaboration, strengthen workplace culture, and translate strategic priorities into measurable results.

Enterprise Technology Architect

John Free is an enterprise technology architect and fractional chief technology officer with more than 35 years of experience designing, delivering, and leading complex technology solutions. His career has spanned software development, enterprise architecture, systems integration, consulting, and executive technology leadership.

John has served in a wide range of roles including software developer, technical lead, management consultant, corporate technology executive, and CTO. He previously held the position of Vice President of Global Risk Management Technology at Deutsche Bank in New York and later operated a successful consultancy serving investment banking clients across North America and Europe.

He has led product and platform development initiatives for major financial technology organizations, including Algorithmics, SunGard, Infinity Financial, and NumeriX. At Publicis, he played a key role in developing the firm's hybrid cognitive and machine-learning platform and designing its long-term technology strategy.
