As a business and technology consultant with over 30 years of experience, and I am known for expertly guiding large enterprise application development projects. I have been responsible for professional service delivery, led operations and had overall P&L accountability. I enjoy working with clients and organizations across the globe and am excited to build and grow high performing agile teams. Having held delivery leadership positions in top consulting firms and agencies, my passion is to help people and organizations rapidly deliver on business goals in a balanced and sustainable way.

Kimberley MacKenzie

Kimberley MacKenzie is an experienced executive, strategist, and leadership advisor who helps organizations strengthen performance by aligning strategy, leadership, culture, and people. With more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning financial services, revenue development, strategic planning, organizational change, and executive coaching, she brings a practical, results-oriented perspective to complex organizational challenges.
Kimberley is known for helping leaders move from uncertainty to clarity. Her work focuses on building high-performing teams, creating healthy workplace cultures, strengthening leadership effectiveness, and translating strategy into action. Clients value her ability to balance organizational results with the realities of human dynamics, ensuring change is both effective and sustainable.
Kimberley's leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that organizations achieve their best results when people are connected to a shared purpose, supported by strong leadership, and empowered to do meaningful work and increase revenue.
She holds the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designations and is also a Certified Fundraising Executive and AFP Master Trainer.
John Free
Enterprise Technology Architect
With over 35 years as a hands-on enterprise technologist, John has successfully tackled development challenges across contexts that include solution architect, team-builder, senior software developer, management consultant, technical lead, corporate director and CTO.
In the late 90s John served as VP of Global Risk Management Technology for Deutsche Bank in New York. For many years following, he ran his own consultancy providing technology implementation services to investment banks in Europe and North America. On the vendor side, John has led development projects for Algorthimics, Scrittura, Sungard, Infinity Financial and NumeriX. At Publicis, the world's largest digital agency, John designed and delivered the firm's hybrid cognitive/machine learning AI platform and technical go-forward strategy.
John's academic journey began with a four-year study of 20th century music composition at the University of Waterloo, followed by several years working in the commercial music industry. He then earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Toronto, graduating with distinction. Today, John provides fractional CTO services to an international client base.
